Rick earned a Bachelor of Science from U.C.L.A. in 1979. After receiving his Certified Public Accountant certificate in 1982, he earned a Juris Doctor from Southwestern University School of Law in 1985. He founded Rick E Norris, Accountancy Corporation in 1992. He has published articles in the California CPA Society magazine, among other periodicals, including the company bi-weekly newsletter. He sits on the California CPA Society Entertainment Industry Conference Planning Committee which is held annually in Beverly Hills, CA. He is also a board member of the L A Chapter of the Association for Strategic Planning. He speaks frequently at various events in the area of personal and business financial matters.
Nancy earned a BA in University of Michigan. She has also added to her continuing education with classes in accounting and business at UCLA Extension. Her experience includes general accounting and bookkeeping for an assortment of service and manufacturing companies. She is involved in setting, implementing, and monitoring client payroll.
Bill Conaway specializes in entertainment business management. He has extensive experience in monitoring functions within publicly-owned corporations giving him a unique depth in business. Bill also possesses experience in music royalty analysis.
Leslie has extensive experience as a full charge Account Executive/Bookkeeper. Her skills have included production accounting, music publishing administration, and inventory-based clients. She also assists in the creation of business analytical tools, and estate and trust bookkeeping.
Bill Alfano brings over 25 years of experience in Accounting and Finance field. Mr. Alfano has held executive positions and consulting assignments with manufacturing and research & development and nonprofit firms. These companies include CFO for Solutions by Delta, and Avalon Laboratories, Director of Finance at ECA Medical Instruments, and Controller for GBH Distributing. He graduated from DePaul University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
